The Middle East is an area where cars and truck is king and fuel is cheap, often leaving little incentive to find more ways of walking around.
But this year, as protests throughout the Middle East have risen the price of oil, the concern of finding alternative sources of fuel has actually come into sharp focus.
In an area that has one of the highest carbon footprints in the world, one business is benefiting from the growing pressure to find alternatives to oil. It's set up the Middle East's very first scheme to recycle cooking oil into biodiesel. It's proving rewarding too, currently their client-list consists of McDonald's.
